Evidence-led Kairos review
A clearer decision surface: proposal, research map, and evidence rooms, with claims separated from what the evidence cannot prove.
- Reframed the proposal so the operating model, commitments, terms, and decision gates can be judged without decoding internal labels.
- Added the Initial Research map and 13 Evidence Rooms with confidence labels, correction trails, explicit unknowns, and decision implications.
- Clarified external evidence, including ten studied semiconductor-lithography transitions and 25,513 foreign firms entering China.
- Separated what each source supports from what it does not prove; removed claims that outran the evidence.
- Hardened the secondary navigation: centered active context, reliable reveal in both directions, and correct top-boundary reset.
- Introduced an immutable release archive, machine-readable manifest, changelog, payload hashes, and predecessor-linked record hashes.
- The legacy Robertas one-page version and setup guide remain available in v1.0.0; they are not part of the current three-page surface.
